At a meeting of shareholders of Deep Sea Fisheries held on 1 May 2000, the Company adopted a new Constitution to replace its existing Memorandum and Articles of Association.

The Constitution contains the rules governing the internal management and operation of the Company, providing an accurate point of reference for members. Amongst other things it includes information on various issues relating to shareholders, including;

  • Rights of shareholders
  • Transfer of shares
  • Notice of general meetings
  • Attending and voting at meetings
  • Payment of dividends
  • Winding up
